To design, manufacture and install two double leaf steel doorsets that match in with the existing doors around the building.
To design, manufacture and install two double leaf steel doorsets that match in with the existing doors around the building. Both doors had to be fire rated to the FD60 certification whilst also maintaining DDA compliancy.
One of the door specifications involved a solid fixed overpanel and a side glazed panel which had to be designed to replicate an existing cladding system which involved a bespoke shadow gap detail along with a splayed window sill detail.
We worked closely with the architect and the client to create a bespoke design that replicates the existing features. Detailed technical working drawings were produced and the proposed design was carefully constructed to specifically match the customer’s requirements.
The end result truly reflected the attention to detail shown throughout the project and most importantly, the customer was left very satisfied with their new doors.
