Gates are capable of a manual operation in case of a power failure. A built-in obstacle detection system helps keeps the gate from crashing into an object.
Very high-performance motor and gear drive unit are installed for intensive use, capable of operating gates at a high speed, durable and strong enough for a long time.
Harling gates are made of steel, stainless steel and timber material. Off the shelf designs are available, while bespoke and customs designs are also manufacturing. Gates material are galvanized, and powder coated to protect against corrosion and paint protection.

Installation, Operation and Maintenance
Harling security provides complete services with free of cost initial consultation and quotation. Upon order confirmation, a final site visit is performed to finalise the design, installation and control details. Final drawings are released for manufacturing and construction. The gates installation is done by Harling Security’s very experienced and highly talented engineers and technicians.
Once the installation is complete, commissioning process begins to make sure gate complies with all health and safety standards. All the gates are risk assessed force tested before the gate is handed over for operation.
All automatic gates are provided with an O&M manual on completion, which includes all legally required documentation, including: a force test, a Risk assessment, CE marking with a unique serial number, a declaration of conformity, installation sign off documentation, operating instructions, gate technical file, Electrical test certificate and service log.
Harling provides complete periodic maintenance and servicing facilities, while emergency breakdown services are just a call away with a quick response to solve the problem.
