Our new system allows your gates to be online and allows us to connect to your gates remotely from our offices in the event of a fault and carry out full diagnostic testing without visiting site.
This also enables us to fix some faults remotely and change settings on the gates. This allows us to view any error codes and fault logs, meaning we can send an engineer to site with the correct parts, saving time and money.
The system massively speeds up call out response times, meaning that we can remote on to your gates within 30 minutes as opposed to waiting for an engineer to attend site. The system can be retrofitted to most automatic gates.
There is a one off installation cost and an annual fee for the system.
